At reVessel, our products are built for adventure and meant to last. We back each purchase with a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects for the life of the product. We will replace any part of the product found to be defective from normal and appropriate use.
The reVessel Limited Lifetime Warranty does not include damage or defects that result directly or indirectly from any of the following:
- Improper care, misuse or abuse of the product, including alterations or modifications to any part
- Wear and tear such as scratches, dents or discoloration
- Lost or misplaced parts
- Products without receipt or proof of purchase
- Products that are not purchased on revessel.com or through an authorized reVessel retailer (whether online or in-store)
For products that have lost parts or damaged due to normal wear and tear, certain parts may be available for purchase on our website. Please contact us if you don’t see the item you need.

Replacement parts will be used to address any defect when available. If the size, color or other option is no longer available, we will replace with one of equal function and value.
To submit a warranty claim, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will respond with instructions within 3 business days.
In addition to replacing the defective product or part, we may ask you to send items back to us, at no charge to you, as we want to evaluate the defect to help ensure defects remain uncommon in our products.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive reVessel warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of reVessel.
