Coleslaw with Dried Plum and Sweet Vinaigrette

Brighten your favorite Spring or Summer meal with a cool and tangy coleslaw! Toss the salad in your reVessel 8.8-cup for less dishes and easy storage if it isn't all gone by the end of dinner!

Ingredients: 

  • Salad
    • 12oz shredded cabbage
    • 4oz matchstick carrots
    • 2 oz dried finely chopped plum
  • Dressing
    • ¾ cup avocado mayonnaise 
    • ¼ cup rice vinegar
    • 2 tbsp raw organic honey
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • 1 tsp organic sugar

Cooking Instructions: 

  • For the dressing, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Add salad ingredients together into a reVessel 8.8-cup container. 
  • Pour in dressing and toss until well saturated and chill. 
  • Serve as a side with your favorite Spring or Summer main dishes.
