The frame hardware of the Leakproof Lid Kits is designed to be disassembled as needed for a deeper cleaning. There are a handful of parts to this assembly, so the diagrams and instructions below will help if you ever get stuck piecing it back together.
Step 1
Assemble the clamp
1) Slide the shorter steel rod through the holes on the clamp.
2) Add o-rings to each side of the smaller steel rod.
3) Slide 2 links on both steel rods as shown.
Step 2
Connect the clamp to the ring
The longer steel rod will “snap” into place from the bottom of the ring
Step 3
Repeat with the other clamp
