Workshop includes solutions to source, handle and turn raw milk into nutrient-dense superfoods. Guests enjoy a brief history of raw milk, thorough demonstration of soft cheeses and yogurt, Q and A, database of recipes, class syllabus and pdf with links to supplies and a lot of fun.
*This event includes an organic potluck lunch to be shared with guests after instruction. Please bring your favorite organic appetizer, salad or main dish. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
